I just recently finished the Yoga Teaching Training program here and I can't say enough. I loved every second of it and learned so much. The teachers are amazing, the atmosphere is welcoming, the boutique is awesome and the yoga is so good. I always leave there feeling great and would recommend this studio to anyone! I wouldn't trade my experience here for anything

First trip in for a visit with Aubree for a body connection treatment. What an incredibly talented and connected person. Aubree had me feeling totally at ease and comfortable and connected with points of my body that needed attention. Last nights sleep was the best I have had since before thanksgiving. Thank you! I will be back for more! Trying meditation Wednesday and hoping to get started with yoga - not sure where to begin however I will be seeking advice as I start in with the center.
